Memorial Day Is Approaching Fast .
Imagine how impressed your guests will be when you serve them gourmet food instead of the same old stuff, or just indulge yourself. It’s time to get prepared for Memorial Day before it gets here. Remember, it’s Indy 500 weekend. Don’t be a procrastinator like many people and have to race out for those last minute items. Try our BBQ chicken kabobs and fillet mignon kabobs which have green and red bell peppers and a mushroom on each kabob.
Some people like to make their own kabobs so we have fillet mignon pieces. We also carry cooked and uncooked shrimp, size 16-20 which are great for some shrimp kabobs.
Remember to take advantage of our free Nationwide shipping for any order of $150.00 and up. We are here for you so get what you need before it’s too late.

Time To Get Food For The Grill.
We had a nice weekend using the grill. There were all kinds of sporting events on tv this weekend. Playoff hockey, auto racing, baseball and the NFL draft. Next weekend is the Kentucky Derby. Why not order some of our fillet mignon kabobs or BBQ chicken kabobs for the grill. We’ll make sure to get them to you quick. By the way, if you’ve seen that show on Discovery Channel, Deadliest Catch. We have the crab legs and crab claws you see on that show.
They can be heated up on the grill or in the oven in 10 minutes. You don’t need a huge pot of boiling water. Remember that all of the cryovac sealed foods we carry will keep for a year in the freezer. We are also happy to say that we carry the same brand of steaks as Morton’s Steak House, A National chain. Stay tuned for more info and thanks for your business.
Spring has finally arrived, baseball season has begun and it’s time to get those much needed parts for the grill. Remember to check those propane tanks and shut the valve off after you’re done cooking or you’ll lose all the propane like I do from time to time. Lowe’s has these handy grill wipes so your food doesn’t stick to the grates. A brass bristle brush is softer than those porcelain grates and will keep them in good shape. Never use the scraper on the other side of the brush. I don’t know why they still make that since it ruins the grates. If you still like the charcoal grill, that’s great. I found some natural charcoal called Coyboy brand at Lowe’s and an other natural products store. Remember to get one of those long lighters so you can safely light your charcoal. If you have one of those fancier stainless steel grills, check the battery in your electric spark starter. It may need replaced. Clean all of the gunk out to start the season and make sure the burners aren’t clogged up. The brass brush works well for this also. Be safe out there and enjoy the season. We will have more blog entries more often so subscribe to our rss feed to keep informed.
