Sunrise Specialty Foods Inc. ships nationwide (except Alaska
& Hawaii). Products arrive in our labeled
box, packed in a sturdy reusable insulated cooler with plenty of dry ice to
ensure the products remain frozen or chilled during shipment.

Orders placed by 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will ship same day.
Orders placed after 12 Noon EST Monday or Tuesday will ship the following day.
Order placed after 12 Noon EST Wednesday or any order placed Thursday, Friday,
Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday unless other requests are made.

All orders are shipped as “DRIVER RELEASE”. This means the package will
be delivered to the recipient address with no signature required. Packages can
be left at any exterior door location. Please be sure to alert the recipient
that a perishable gift will be delivered to them. Sunrise Specialty Foods Inc.
will not be responsible for abandoned packages.
Applicable shipping charges apply for each name and address.
CAUTION: Coolers are packed with dry ice, DO NOT
touch the ice with your bare hands. You may leave it in the cooler and place the
cooler outside. The ice will evaporate within 24 hours. NOTE: If product arrives
partially thawed, they are still good as long as product feels cool to the
touch, the quality is not diminished. You can refrigerate if using within 2 days
or refreeze until you are ready to eat them. Lobster tails, fish and chicken
should not be refrozen, refrigerate and use within 2 days.
