JOB SUMMARY
The D365 F&O Supply Chain Lead will be the technical liaison between IT and the Supply Chain business area. The Supply Chain Lead will analyze business requirements and translate the requirements into design documents and programming instructions for developers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysis of supply chain business requirements
- Design of ERP changes required to meet business requirements
- Evaluate alternative technical solutions (including AI) to integrate with the ERP
- Prepare design documentation and development instructions
- Collaborate with business leaders
- Test developments
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Deep working knowledge of D365 F&O supply chain modules
- Detail oriented
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work on multiple projects
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment
- Able to travel internationally (if required)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years experience with ERP implementations with a supply chain focus
- At least one successful ERP implementation as a D365 F&O supply chain lead
