POSITION: Inventory Specialist
LOCATION: Pender, NE
REPORTS TO: Manager, Operations
JOB SUMMARY:
The Inventory Specialist will oversee all inventory transactions within Sunrise ensuring that all inventory records are accurate.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Ensure accuracy of Sunrise on-hand and in-transit inventory.
● Complete analysis and troubleshoots inventory related issues.
● Complete month end reconciliation of Sunrise inventory.
● Prepare shrink adjustments to inventory.
● Perform periodic site visits to complete physical inventory count.
● Back up Operations Specialists as required by entering scale tickets, processing payables, and preparing customer invoices.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to logically define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

● Work on multiple tasks simultaneously with regular interruptions.
● Demonstrated capability as a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
● Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
● Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of inventory management and logistics.
● Experience with ERP systems is considered an asset.
